RETURN POLICY 

RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS ONLY OUTSIDE OF INDIANA:
SINCE WE HAVE A BRICK-N-MORTAR STORE LOCATED IN INDIANA, ALL INDIANA ONLINE & IN STORE PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE.

Most all sales are final; however, we do allow for a few exceptions for our ONLINE ORDERS ONLY on a case by case basis. This does not include in store purchases & in store & online special orders that we don't have in stock.  Since we have a brick-n-mortar store in Indiana, all Indiana online & in store purchases are FINAL SALE.
All in store purchases, special order in store purchases & online special-order purchases are final sales.  
Any customer that has come into our brick-n-mortar store but orders online just to use or take advantage of our return policy will be denied the return.  Ordering multiple dresses just to try on will also be denied a return.  
For Online Orders, We ask that you, Please refer to the size chart listed on the dress you are purchasing & measure accurately. If you need help with measuring, don't hesitate to give us a call.  We will be more than happy to instruct you. 
If a size chart isn't listed, please call the boutique and ask us to send you the size chart for your specific dress.
If you have an issue with your dress after receiving it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dress, this includes weekends & holidays. That is the time frame that we will decide if a return is granted. 
You must contact our internet customer service within 48 hours after receiving your dress if you have any issues.  
We don't offer refunds or exchanges but will give an online credit that never expires for the price of the dress once returned minus all shipping charges/fees & a $12.00 restocking fee.   Dresses must be shipped back by UPS or Fed EX only.  Post office returns will not be accepted.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unmarked, oderless, unstained, undamaged without animal hair & with all tags intact for an online store credit.  The original dress must be shipped back & post marked within 48 hours, (2 business days) after our internet customer service grants your return.  Any return granted that is not shipped back 2 business days-post marked within 2 business days after receiving it will be denied.  
All internet orders and returns must be handled through our internet customer service & not at our brick-n-mortar location.  All return authorizations are at the sole discretion of our online internet customer service.  Our internet customer service reserves the right to deny any return.
All returns require contacting our internet customer service within 48 hours after receiving the dress.  
All of our Dresses are checked for flaws & damage and photos taken before they are shipped to assure that our customers receive a quality & flawless dress.
